The Survey Centre is a specialist research consultancy based in Sussex. Our expertise is obtaining and reporting information that is meaningful and helpful to your organisation.
We can manage your entire feedback process from survey design and data-capture through to reporting, analysis and recommendations. With clients from both the public and private sectors, we remain acutely aware that a survey is merely a means to an end. Its value is only unlocked when its findings are acted upon - and result in improved performance for your organisation.

Choosing a new supplier is never easy. You have to consider a whole range of factors - often within a limited timescale. Here are some questions you might be considering:

And yes, we are specialists - as our name suggests! Our lengthy client list and case studies are testament to our experience in managing and advising on a whole range of surveys.
We employ accredited Investors in People and LEXCEL advisors, along with members of the Market Research Society, and our staff come from a variety of backgrounds: public sector, private sector, sales & marketing, human resources, financial services, law and business consultancy.
The extent to which we get involved in your survey is entirely up to you. You may wish us to manage the whole process, or just help you create a truly effective questionnaire.
As for cost, that's dependent on factors such as sample size, methodology and how much you'd like us involved. We think our prices are pretty reasonable compared to other survey companies - but we do pride ourselves on ensuring all our clients achieve maximum `return on investment`.
