Pulse Surveys

A 'Pulse Survey' is deliberately limited - both in the range of questions and the sample size - to offer you:

  • a fast, inexpensive snapshot of what's happening
  • helps you understand the impact of specific changes or issues
Pulse surveys are often employed between regular surveys to provide an indicative result. They normally involve a small number of respondents - perhaps the people most affected by the issue in question or a sample thought to represent the views of the majority.

Successful Pulse surveys find the correct balance between limiting the questions and sample size, without compromising results.
