Description
Le Carbone are one of the world's leading manufacturers of carbon and graphite products. The Survey Centre were asked to conduct customer surveys across four divisions. The survey was conducted online allowing the use of complex dynamic questionning techniques.
The survey explored a range of issues including delivery, product quality, service levels, product information and product awareness.
The survey was designed to facilitate comparisons between divisions and individual engineers.
