As with most marketing agencies, Midnight spends significant quantities of time pitching for business. It has used The Survey Centre to conduct Post Pitch Surveys as a way of analysing it's pitch process. This has helped analyse strengths and weaknesses in the process and as a consequence has improved it's 'Pitch to Sale' ratio.

The survey explores a range of issues including what the client thought of the pitch team, their experience, their strategic marketing skills and pricing.

It explores the real reason Midnight won or lost the business and if the pitch was unsuccessful whether the client would consider Midnight next time around?
