Description
Tunbridge Wells Borough Council wanted to survey 500 staff across a range of locations. The survey was designed internally using SNAP with The Survey Centre acting as proof readers and technical consultants. The Survey Centre collected both online and paper-based responses and our involvement added the requisite independence to the process.
The Survey Centre simply forwarded the resulting data onto the Councils internal team for analysis.
