Customer Survey
Description
We conducted Designate's first customer survey in 1999. Since then we have continued to conduct telephone-based customer survey for this full service, travel and tourism focussed ad agency.
The survey explores many areas including the clients' relationships with account handlers, professionalism, creativity, copywriting, pro-activity, value for money, strategic marketing skills and attention to detail.
Because the survey is conducted annually it is used to benchmark 'year on year' performance. Where possible, the report also provides a benchmark of performance against that of other marketing agencies.
Designate have over the years, changed the focus of their business from a broad sector focus to travel, tourism and leisure. This process has been helped by feedback from customers during the customer survey process.
Where clients waive the offer of anonymity (as most do), Account Directors are able to develop action plans with their client to address any issues that arise.
As with most customer surveys, particularly telephone surveys, clients reaction to the survey has always been extremely positive with the majority appreciating the opportunity to provide feedback independent from the account management process.
