Description
We conducted a survey to support the business planning process of this leading contemporary jewellery designer.
In depth (upto 45 minute) telephone interviews were conducted with stockists exploring service levels, design, pricing, quality and brand awareness. We looked at factors that stockist considered to be important when selecting and working with a designer and tested their reaction to new product ideas.
The survey played a big role in the NPD (new product development) process. Stockists appreciated the opportunity to share their thoughts and for the vast majority it was the first time they had been contacted in such a way.
