Customer Survey
Description
We conducted a telephone survey of architects and customers, looking at the relationship with site managers and other members of the team. We investigated the company's ability to hit deadlines, stick to the budget, the perceived level of service during the project and on completion of the project. The survey explored which factors were important to them when dealing with a construction company, particularly at the invitation to tender stage. It also asked whether they would recommend Integra to others.
Integra have used the results to improve their tender success ratio and to iron out snagging issues. Individual company reports (respondents were happy to waive their anonymity) have also been used to improve working relationships and in a couple of cases to restablish contact.
