Description
Sussex Enterprise delivers business support services to SMEs in Sussex through the Chamber of Commerce and Business Link brands. We were asked to conduct research into customers use of IT. The research explored clients use of online banking, web sites, electronic accounts, whether they sell online, buy online and whether clients PC's were networked.
We used a telephone survey with a fixed questionnaire using a mix of multiple choice and open questions to provide quantative and qualitative results.
Outcome
The research formed part of a wider research project looking at SME's take up of IT services nationally and also served to help Sussex Enterprise to tailor its IT support services on a regional level.
