The survey looks at the clients' relationship with account handlers, levels of professionalism, understanding of the clients' objectives, strategic skills, writing skills, levels of coverage and perceived value for money.

This survey benchmarks the company's performance and provides the basis of an action plan for Account Directors who are constantly looking for ways to increase customer satisfaction in an industry which finds it easy to demonstrate results but difficult to demonstrate ROI.

Although frequently difficult to track down, clients are very willing to share their thoughts and Midnight often find the survey uncovers issues that were previously unknown.
