Housing & Homelessness Survey
Description
We conduct an ongoing paper-based customer survey for this Local Authority based in North Yorkshire. Questionnaires are completed by people using the Council's housing and homelessness services. The survey is brief and simple to understand with a small incentive (Tesco's vouchers) to encourage participation.
The Survey Centre report back to Hambleton on a quarterly basis allowing the Council to compare satisfaction levels on a regular basis.
The survey itself explores a number of issues including advice accessibility, service levels, privacy and confidentiality issues, the standard of temporary accomodation and the level of overall satisfaction.
