Sussex Enterprise
Sussex Enterprise is tasked with the promotion of the Investors in People National Standard. They commissioned The Survey Centre to research recognised organisations with a view to understanding the impact IIP accreditation had had on their performance.
The resulting survey achieved a 67% response rate and uncovered some interesting results. It showed that the majority of Investor in People recognised organisations were enjoying better performance in a wide range of areas including:
- Productivity
- Profitability
- Staff retention
- Staff morale
A number of questionnaire responses were then followed up by our Lead Consultant, Roger Newman. Roger is an experienced Investors in People Adviser and Assessor and his follow-up work identified particular success stories which were subsequently written up into case studies for the Sussex Enterprise marketing team to use in promotional activity.
The exercise was repeated the following year and a similar project was subsequently carried out for Business Link Hampshire.
